The problem
In a small firm, know-how stays in one person's head. Precedents, approved language, and what was agreed on the last call sit scattered across drives, Slack threads, and inboxes, so questions wait for whoever remembers, and the follow-up work gets lost with them.
What we built
An agent that lives in Slack and Linear. Tell it what happened on a call or a matter and it files the facts into a version-controlled knowledge base and opens the work that follows. Ask it a question, such as where the approved template for the last NDA is, and it answers from both, with a link to the source. Every change it makes arrives as a pull request for a person to review and approve, and the same knowledge, organized for both people and AI, reaches the team's other tools, including every coding session.
