The problem
Buyers increasingly ask AI assistants instead of searching, and most companies can't tell whether their website gives those assistants what they need, how they compare with competitors, or what to change first.
What we built
An assessment that ends in changes to the website. It tests the client's site and up to three competitors against the same set of customer questions, then turns every gap into a prioritized backlog of fixes, each with acceptance criteria the website team can check once it ships. Every piece of evidence is kept, readiness is scored against a fixed rubric, and observations, automated judgments, and human decisions stay separate, so each fix can be traced to the reason for it. The same test can be rerun after the changes ship.
